HablaFly provides online Spanish language tuition for English-speaking learners. Lessons are delivered remotely through online communication platforms and are tailored to the individual needs and goals of each student.

From time to time, HablaFly may offer cultural activities, workshops, conversation clubs, guided visits, intensive courses, or other special learning experiences.

3. Lesson Booking and Payments

Standard Spanish Lesson scheduling, payments, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled through a trusted third-party booking platform.

When you choose to book a lesson, you may be redirected to an external platform where these services are managed. Any payment-related transactions are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of that platform.

Students are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable terms before completing any booking.

For lesson bookings made through Preply, the applicable Preply Terms of Service and policies shall take precedence in relation to booking management, payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Additional Terms for Special Activities

From time to time, HablaFly may offer cultural activities, workshops, conversation clubs, guided visits, intensive courses, or other special learning experiences.

Where applicable, additional terms and conditions specific to a particular activity or programme may apply. These supplementary terms will be provided before registration or booking and shall form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Lesson Attendance

Students are expected to attend lessons at the agreed time and ensure they have a stable internet connection, a suitable learning environment, and the necessary equipment to participate effectively.

If a student experiences technical difficulties, reasonable efforts will be made to continue or reschedule the lesson where appropriate

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are governed by the booking platform through which the lesson was purchased. Students should refer to the relevant platform policies for details regarding deadlines, eligibility, and procedures.

6. Learning Results

While every effort is made to support student progress, language learning outcomes depend on a variety of factors, including attendance, participation, independent study, and individual commitment.

As a result, specific learning outcomes or levels of fluency cannot be guaranteed.

All teaching materials, exercises, lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, and other educational resources provided by HablaFly remain the intellectual property of HablaFly unless otherwise stated.
